I love the The Gluten Free Bible 🙂 It has an awesome intro that has a lot of really helpful grocery shopping tips, a huge list of all the names gluten can fall under, another list of things (not only food, but lotions, makeup, etc.) that sometimes contain gluten to watch out for, and my favorite part about it is that the majority of the recipes are easy. I hate finding a gf recipe that has 20-30 ingredients, all of these are very simple and easy to follow and make. I got this as a gift shortly after finding out I had celiac and it was honestly a lifesaver. Pinterest and the internet are awesome for finding recipes too, but cookbooks have a lot of hidden gems i think people miss out on
