Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe – Only 3 Ingredients

If you are looking for a simple yet delicious gluten-free cookies recipe you have come to the right place. These 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies are super easy to make and taste divine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine peanut butter, egg and sugar in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Drop 1 spoonful of dough at a time onto baking sheet. Flatten mounds with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.
  4. Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cookies harden on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving them.
